# Infinite Leverage

> Infinite Leverage is about building. It runs in-person AI build retreats where founders and operators learn to direct AI by building with it, and walk out with working software deployed on their own data. There are two formats. Public retreats are one or two days and ship a single core system, a CMS, a CRM, or an ATS, depending on the workshop. Private retreats run three to five days of pair programming with engineers to jumpstart a more customized build. Along the way you learn the developer stack and the 18 protocols. Not a deck, not a recording.

Operated by the AI Officer Institute (ai-officer.com) and hosted by Dave Hajdu. For founders, operators, CEOs, marketers, agency owners, and product leaders who want to lead AI rather than watch a demo. You do not need to be technical: you bring the business knowledge and the data, the engineers handle the integrations, prompts, and infrastructure.

## Our thesis

Leadership's job just doubled. One half is still managing people. The other half is new: directing AI toward specific outcomes. Most org charts still staff only the first half, which is why so much AI spend never moves the bottom line. That other 50% is learnable, and it is not abstract, it is building. Directing AI is the new technical, and the founder who turns a vision straight into instructions a machine executes moves faster than the one who routes everything through intermediaries.

That is why the Infinite Leverage brand is about building. You do not learn to lead AI from a talk, you learn it by shipping. Leverage is a number, not a vibe: it shows up as features shipped and pull requests merged against named goals. A single human token, one unit of skilled attention and judgment, can be leveraged almost without limit by AI, but only on top of organized data and sound process, because the speed of AI exposes bad process. Infinite leverage itself is the outcome the whole programme is built toward: a small amount of skilled human work directing a large amount of AI work, so your output stops being capped by your hours. One operator with a team of AI agents produces what used to take a department, and it compounds because the system keeps running after you stop touching it. You do not need more hours, you need more leverage.

## The two formats

**Public retreats** are one or two days. Each one is a focused build: depending on the workshop you ship a CMS (a content-managed marketing site), a CRM (a customer pipeline with admin and customer logins), or an ATS (an applicant tracking system), live on your own data by the time you head home. Some workshops focus on building apps, others on building agents. Engineers are in the room with you, roughly one per pod of four to five.

**Private retreats** run longer, typically three to five days, and go deeper. You pair-program with our engineers to jumpstart a more customized solution for your business, not a template build. ## How Infinite Leverage is different from AI bootcamps and conferences

AI bootcamps and conferences are built to impress. They demo the tool of the week because tools are easy to teach and easy to forget, then send you home with notes and a business card. A month later your AI knowledge looks identical to everyone else who sat the same course. Infinite Leverage is the opposite: a small room, engineers beside you, and a working system on your own data before you head home.

The short version: recordings teach, retreats build. Bootcamps hand you a sandbox, we start with the work you came in to do. Conferences end with inspiration, ours end with software deployed to the web and a plan you can run on the next quarter.

## The vocabulary

The concepts the programme runs on. These are the terms you will hear in the room.

**Infinite leverage.** A small amount of skilled human work directing a large amount of AI work. Leverage is a number, not a vibe: you measure it in features shipped and pull requests merged against named goals, not in abstract capability. The aim is for that ratio of AI work to human work to keep climbing as your agents take on more of the execution.

**Human tokens.** A human token is one unit of skilled human attention and judgment, the thing AI leverages almost without limit. In practice it is one unit of work from our team, roughly one hour of a senior AI engineer or operator, metered the way Claude meters its tokens. You buy a pack (40 tokens for $2,000, about $50 a token blended), spend them on whatever you need built, fixed, or shipped, and watch the balance in a dashboard. **AI tokens.** The compute your agents spend, the Claude tokens consumed by your automations and agents as they do the execution work. The dashboard shows both meters side by side, AI tokens (what your agents spent) and human tokens (what your team spent), and leverage is the ratio between them.

**Pull requests.** How work goes live safely. Your code lives in GitHub: remote main is the source of truth, your branch is the sandbox. A pull request is asking someone else to pull your branch into main, because you cannot ask yourself for the check. Merge is the moment it goes live. Every change, written by you or by an agent, moves through a pull request, so nothing reaches production unreviewed.

**Outcome-driven goals.** Work is organized around outcomes shipped, not hours logged or activity. You define a goal as a real thing in the world (a deployed app, a working agent, a merged pull request), then loop until it is verified done. The PM agent writes the plan as epics with status, and progress is measured by value delivered, not effort spent. Same discipline whether a human or an agent does the work.

## The 18 protocols

## The developer stack

The four tools that make a real, durable stack. Your agents operate them day to day, but learning them means you own the system instead of renting it.

- **Claude Code**: the AI that writes and runs the work.
- **GitHub**: the code and its full history, the filing cabinet.
- **Vercel**: puts your site live on the web with preview and production and one-click rollback, the publisher.
- **Supabase**: your database and your logins, the memory.

## Pricing

Each public retreat is a Founder Seat plus optional add-ons.
