The questions we hear most

Who is this for+

Founders and operators who want to compound their output with AI. You don't need to be technical. We've hosted CEOs, marketers, lawyers, agency owners and product leaders. What they share: a real business, real data, and a willingness to build something working in the room.

Do I need to be technical+

No. The whole point is that engineers are in the room with you. You bring the business knowledge and the data; they handle the integrations, prompts and infrastructure. That is the entire premise of the programme.

What do I leave with+

A live site, a working CRM with admin and customer logins, at least one AI agent running on your real data, and an AI program plan for the next quarter. A Mac mini preconfigured with your full eight-agent team is an optional add-on.

What are the 18 Protocols+

The 18 Protocols are the operating system we run on every client build, grouped into five tracks: Mindset, Infrastructure, Building, Product Management, and Continuity. They cover how an AI-native team thinks, what it builds on, how it ships, how it plans, and how the work outlives any one person. You learn them hands-on in the room and take them home. Why do I need to learn GitHub, Vercel and Supabase+

These three tools are the spine of a real, durable stack, and knowing what each one does keeps you in control of your own business. GitHub is the filing cabinet: one safe home for every file with a full history of changes. Vercel is the publisher: it puts your site live on the web with preview and production versions and one-click rollback. Supabase is the memory: your database and your logins. You won't operate them by hand, your agents do, but understanding them means you own the system instead of renting it.

Can I book a private retreat for my team+

Yes. We can travel to you, or you can travel to Saigon and get the full Infinite Leverage Experience.

How does pricing work+

Each retreat is a Founder Seat plus optional add-ons. The Founder Seat is full event access with embedded AI engineer support. You can add a preconfigured Mac mini, White Glove (senior engineering time across the 30 days after the event), or extra team seats. Specifics are listed on each retreat page.

What if I need to cancel+

Full refund up to 30 days before the event. After that, we transfer your seat to a future retreat. We're playing a long game, and we want you in the room only if it's right.
