Build the AI software your
business runs on in two days

Most founders spend twenty or thirty grand and the better part of a year paying developers to build one app. There’s a faster way. Two full days in Kirribilli, right on the water, with our engineers in the room, and you walk out with a live marketing site, a lead magnet, a CRM, a 3-part nurture, and an AI program plan, all running on your own data. You also learn the 18 protocols we run on every client job, so you keep building long after you head home.

Ten years stalled
built in eight weeks

James Murray had been quoted A$300,000 to build a longevity coaching app running on more than 300,000 records of data, an idea he had circled for over ten years. With his AI engineer Trac and some team support across two retreats, he shipped V1.0 in eight weeks. Then he kept building: a healthcare dashboard, a nutrition tool for his daughter the personal trainer, and more, six projects in all.

A dev shop charges A$20,000 to A$50,000 to build one CRM. You get 3 months of headaches. An AI bootcamp is A$5,000 and you go home with a notebook. This is two days and a four figure seat, and the software is live before you get home.

The Promise

Arrive with an idea. Leave with a live lead magnet website, a CRM with customer and admin logins, a 3-part nurture, the 18 protocols in your hands, and a detailed AI program plan.

Past Cohorts

What founders
walked out with

The sprint is measured by what you ship, not by what we promise. Three examples from past cohorts.

Walked in with a vague idea. Walked out with a live lead magnet site, a CRM with admin and customer logins, and a three-part nurture sending the following week.
Dru Nguyen
Founder, strategy consultancy
I'd been saying I'd build my advisory product for two years. Two days and the 18 protocols later, I had a live site, an AI program plan, and a one-shot prototype to show prospects.
James Murray
Director, accounting practice
Ten founders in one room, every tech struggle and AI workaround on the table, and an engineer in the pod. We built our way out of mine before the first day was done.

FAQ

Common
questions

If something is not answered here, write to hello@ai-officer.com and Dave or someone on the team will reply within a business day.

Is this just for tech founders?+
No. The cohort is built for established service-based business owners: consultants, allied health clinic owners, real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, accountants, trades, family business next-gen leaders. A tech background is not required. Engineers handle the build alongside you.
What if my idea isn't fully formed?+
That's expected. Day 01 grounds you in the stack and the 18 protocols, and Day 02 walks you through the AI program plan exercise to sharpen the angle. You only need a working hypothesis and a willingness to ship.
What if I can't make both days?+
Full attendance across both days is required. The cohort moves as a unit and the AI engineers are scheduled in pods. Partial attendance breaks the structure for the rest of your pod, so we ask you to block out both full days, 9 to 5.
How is this different from an accelerator or course?+
It is not a workshop and not a course. It is a two-day build sprint. You are not learning frameworks; you are shipping a live lead magnet website with a CRM, customer and admin logins, a 3-part nurture, and an AI program plan, with engineers building alongside you.
Why is this so much cheaper than hiring a dev shop?+
Because AI does most of the labour and you watch it happen. A dev shop charges A$20,000 to A$50,000 to build one of these apps over months. You build the stack in two days, and you leave able to do it again without us. The software you walk out with is worth multiples of the price.
Do I have to bring a team member?+
No. Seats are per person, so come solo or bring your most tech-forward team member, whichever fits. You build in a pod of 5 either way, so you are never on your own. Extra team members are A$1,800 each on the reservation form.
What are the 18 protocols?+
The 18 protocols are the operating system Edge 8 runs on every client build, across 5 tracks (Mindset, Infrastructure, Building, Product Management, Continuity). You learn them hands-on across both days, and you leave knowing what a real stack looks like and how to move work through it.
What's the refund policy?+
Full refund up to 30 days before the event. After that, your seat becomes non-refundable but is transferable to another founder you nominate.
What's included after the event?+
Every tier includes a 3-month AIO membership and the templates and prompt libraries. White Glove adds 40 human tokens, about 40 hours of senior engineering time across the 30 days after the event, plus post-event 1:1 working sessions with Dave and priority access to the alumni network, so the support continues until your program plan is in production.
