The room went from confused to capable
The retreat was amazing. We gathered at the Sentry in District One, in a compact room that turned cozy fast. The best part is always the same: you watch people move from confused to capable in real time, and at some point the room just clicks. This time it clicked out loud. When one of the builders got his CRM running, the whole room screamed. The top students went past the brief. They shipped their CRM and then kept building: personal brand sites, and one builder wired up a live dashboard of her e-commerce pipeline pulling from TikTok, Shopee, and the rest.
